Well... Here we go again...
We were planning to find a rental property when we began looking at houses. Somewhere along the way we began looking at larger homes, just for the fun of it. That is, until we spotted the Greater Homes - Biscayne in the Cypress Chase, a gated community just 2.2 miles from my desktop at Walt Disney World!!! Once we took a tour, we were hooked and began thinking about building a larger home for us and renting the house we are currently living in.
The development is nestled 2 miles from Walt Disney World in a beautiful wooded area. We completed signing the paperwork on June 4th, 2003 and should broke ground on August 8th, 2003. Our lot is situated on the first corner (on your right) as you enter through the gate. Looking at the first picture (below), the brick wall on the left side of the picture will run beside our new home. Looking at the same picture, the house shown beyond the gate is the model we chose to build.
